So I stepped away from corporate life and went back to where I first understood connection: the restaurant floor.
There, I found something I had lost — not ambition, but meaning.
Hospitality has always been more than service; it’s emotion engineered. It’s the way a host’s smile disarms a stranger, or how the flicker of a candle can make dinner feel like destiny.
That’s where the next chapter found me: not behind a desk, but beside the guests — learning what marketing could never teach, and feeling what metrics could never measure.
Some stories don’t start with a plan; they start with a spark.
Mine began in 2020, when I founded Zachariah Marketing Corp. — not as a grand venture, but as an extension of opportunity. At just twenty, I had earned my promotion to Office Manager at Global Faces Direct, one of the youngest in the firm’s history. From a small office in Mississauga, I was entrusted with national campaigns for clients like SickKids, Canadian Red Cross, and the pilot program for Trillium Health Partners — a campaign that didn’t just meet expectations, it redefined them.
When Trillium renewed their annual budget based on the strength of my team’s performance, it became clear that I wasn’t just managing campaigns — I was orchestrating momentum. And from that, my own recruiting agency was born: built from scratch, powered by conviction, and guided by the belief that people don’t follow paychecks; they follow purpose.
Zachariah Solutions Ltd. was born from that union — the discipline of marketing and the romance of hospitality. It began as a solution, not a startup; a bridge for small businesses lost in a digital world that moves faster than their stories can be told.
